RESUME, AVIS

MAY-ALICE était actrice de série TV à New York jusqu'au moment où elle perd l'usage de ses jambes à la suite d'un accident de taxi. Après un long séjour en rééducation, elle rentre dans la demeure familiale abandonnée de Louisiane. Aigrie par son handicap, elle n'arrête pas de changer d'infirmière jusqu'au moment où CHANTELLE se présente. Cette dernière semble prendre son travail au sérieux et devient une aide précieuse pour MAY-ALICE, jusqu'à être sa confidente.
